In order to continue to serve our current students & families and expand our programming to reach even more, we need your support. Your contributions will allow us to hire and train new instructors, recruit more volunteers and afford additional studio space for even more programming.

We also give scholarships to those in need and we have never turned a student away due to financial hardship.  Please help us continue to offer this essential programming, while keeping DFD affordable and accessible.  Your contribution will directly impact our students by providing enriching, fun, unique and empowering opportunities for individuals of all abilities.  

HOW YOUR DONATIONS MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • $50  Will provide 1 class studio rental space

  • $120  Will provide a costume for a student for performances

  • $250  Will provide hair & makeup for 1 class for a performance

  • $360  Will provide a scholarship for a student for a 12 week session

  • $600  Will provide 1 weekly class for a student for 6 months

  • $1200  Will provide 1 weekly class for a student for 1 year

  • $2500  Will provide 6 months of supplies for our classes

  • $4500  Will provide a month of studio rentals for our classes

  • $6200  Will provide a year of insurance

WHO ARE WE? Down For Dance is 501(c)(3) non-profit dance & arts program for individuals of all abilities based in Southern California serving students across the country. Our mission is, "To empower individuals of all abilities to build a stronger sense of self through dance and the arts." Down For Dance is driven by a deep passion to develop and offer quality programming for those populations where it is not always accessible.

There is still so much room for us to grow, as we continue to move closer to our vision:
