Instructor Bios

Jeanette Rockwood brings a joyful, upbeat approach to teaching & loves creating classes that feel fun & welcoming. She has been teaching Zumba for the past 16 months & has 25 years of experience working with a variety of ages & abilities. She recently choreographed her church’s youth Christmas musical & holds certifications in Zumba Basic, Zumba Gold, CIRCL Mobility, Cue Like A Pro & House Dance. A lifelong lover of dance & exercise, Jeanette believes that movement should be full of laughter, smiles & fun. She’s excited to share a workout that feels like a party!

Kristine Bingham is a former national-level pairs figure skater & earned her B.A. in Dance from the University of California, Irvine. She traveled the world as a Dance Captain with Holland America Cruise Line & Stiletto Entertainment, & her performance credits also include the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Jacob’s Pillow & various regional productions. After spending more than 20 years in New York City & Westport, Connecticut, Kristine is happy to be back in South Orange County with her husband & son. She is excited to be joining the Down For Dance family & looks forward to sharing her love of dance with the community!
